Julia qualified in 1982 as a Nursery Nurse NNEB, then studied for her NVQ level 4 in Management in 2007 and Foundation Degree Level 5 in 2012
Particular fields of interests include SENCO and working to ensure every child has the opportunity to exceed. Committed to building parent partnerships to keeping parents informed and updated on their child's progress and activities, Julia believes every child deserves a safe environment to thrive in.
Watching her team of practitioners grow and develop their careers is something that Julia particularly enjoys about her working environment, but especially the funny things the children say and do.
Outside of work Julia is an avid rugby fan and charity bike ride participant.
