Finance and Office Manager
Lauren has worked for Oaktree Family Group since 2008. She started as a practitioner in the baby room at Dinky Ducks before moving on to different roles including Emotional Health co-ordinator and Early Years Manager.
In 2021 Lauren changed direction and became the Finance Manager for the company.
Lauren believes that strong and effective parent partnership is key to delivering the best possible service. Lauren manages the office team and leads them in being approachable and supportive to all service users, and always happy to help.
Outside of work Lauren enjoys spending time with her family and friends, eating out and exploring new places.
